Unclear Advertising, Over Priced & bad support

They advertised Ceiling fans (3 different models). They're advertising did not specify which has remote control function, it just said that some models come with remote control.<br> <br> I purchased the most expensive model (R 999.00) under the impression that that model should have a remote control. It arrived and it has no remote control.<br> <br> On previous experience, when I contacted them telephonically, I was advised that their systems are offline and I should phone back about 1 & 1/2 hours later. I phoned back about 2 & 1/2 hours later only to find their contact centre has closed (well within office hours). I then attempted to log a query online. Upon attempting to submit my query - OOPS WE ARE THE WORST. Submission of online queries does not work.<br> <br> I have sent messages back and forth via Facebook messenger and via email.<br> <br> I can return the item for a full refund (less the courier cost) - UNACCEPTABLE<br> <br> THEIR ADVERTI*****T WAS INCOMPLETE - WHY SHOULD I NOW BE OUT OF POCKET FOR THEIR BADLY EXECUTED ADVERTI*****TS?
