Unacceptable client services

I puchased 4 watches on Groupon when they arrived we wrapped them for Christmas. To our disappointment none of the watches which are advertised as GPS and call/sms functioning work. They are all in Chinese. I have now sent 5 emails from the 25 December and held on for their CT based Call centre for over 30 minutes on 3 occasions and still have yet to receive a response. Shocking service - bought all my other gifts on [URL Removed] and can highly recommend their service and quality of their products. Groupon is USELESS!!!!
