Unable to contact Groupon

I ordered and paid for a Cellphone on Monday 5th October via Credit Card. I was requested to verify the order by supplying a copy of ID and Credit Card statement or Credit Card copy which in my opinion is very ***** indeed! This was only requested on the 8th Oct? I supp**** the info (NOT credit card copy) and am now unable to get any response from Groupon at all re delivery. Are they for real?
