Two travel bags & garden tools NOT a shoe rack,

I've been trying to get hold of you for the past two weeks and a half and It has been completely impossible. Ive called (made to hold for 20minutes or more) sent emails and no response. <br> <br> You delivered the wrong items and i want either the Travel Bags or to cancel the purchase. Additionally, Im still waiting for my garden tools to be delivered, i bought both of these on the 19th of July, you do the maths on how many days that's been. <br> <br> Last time Im using Groupon. utterly DISGUSTING!
