Two Sansui Tablets Damaged within a week

Hi, I have purchsed two Sansui tablets on the 19/03/2015 and received delevery after 14days, after receiving I checked them and they were working, I gave them to my kids a week later and they only used them for a week and they were damaged. The other one was screen damaged only when my daughter took it out of the pouch and the screen was scratched and it stop working, the other one the screeen just went blank.I reported to groupon in which they said i will receive a call within 3 days for the goods to be collected, I didn't receive a call only the courier *** came the following day which I didn't have the goods with me, the guy told me they will call me in which I didn't receive the call till today and it now going for 2 weeks, please assist.
