Toni&Guy Sunninghill via Groupon NO FEEDBACK

Booked my hair appointment in December waited 2 hours at this so called Tony&guy salon and never got helped asked for refund so supplier said to get it from groupon still waiting for feedback from Groupon and my refund.although they state they'll revert back within 3-5 business days!!!!!!
