they wont refund my money

I bought 2 promotion packages for events management. because I had 2 reference numbers I had 2 make 2 EFT's. They say they didn't receive the second one until after the deal had expired. now it is a mission to get a refund. this has got to be the worst online shopping experience ever. I have to say I will not recommend Groupon to anybody. They seem to have all the excuses in the world when it comes to customer satisfaction
