THEY DO NOT REFUND

I PURCHASED A 3D Wheel Alignment online but then I received the same coupon as a gift so 2 days after purchasing the coupon I cancelled it and I have been cancelling it everyday. When I called them I waited on the line for 35minutes before going through then I was promised that I will receive confirmation of the cancellation. That was on Monday and I still have not received anything, I have sent emails still no response. Their condition is that you have to cancel within the 7working days after purchase but that is impossible to cancel. However I want my money back as I have cancelled and I have emailed and called. When you buy something they respond immediately so what is different. This is unacceptable and I want my refund ASAP. I did exactly as the below.
