Their staff are not helpful

<p>I ordered Visco Pedic Memory Foam Overlay which were delivered ,the same day that were delivered i logged a return request and they were rejected with \We are unable to return your product as it is outside our 7 working day cooling off period.\" and that was some reason because i had just received the products ,then i called immediately after that ,Geran then helped me ,but actually he didn't help me enough ,he just told me he logged a request with the return department ,today i called again and spoke to some rude not understanding girl by the name of Farzana and she tells me that my products can't be returned because the rules says so ,she doesn't even bother to ask me if the products have been opened or what ,i am very not pleased with the service because if the process of return requires me to send pictures of the products packaged ,why wasn't i told on Friday when i called the first time and why am i told on the spot that my product can't be returned when the rules specifies that products needs to be packaged. Why would i log a request return if my products are unpacked .The services are ****py and they do not give customers enough information when we call."</p>
