The worst service I had ever had EVER SORRY

On the 25th of my I bought I kiddies Tom tom tablet for my son on GROUPON. On the 27th of May I receive an email notifying me that my parcel had been despatched. On the 09th of June I called the courier who was supposed to deliver my parcel to confirm date of delivery, just to find out that GROUPO never despatched my parcel. I called GROUON to find out what's going on and got no answers was told they will get back to me. Today the 11th of June DUE DATE I never received my parcel. I once again called the courier company to confirm that I am receiving my parcel today, and they tell me that they never got my parcel still and that my tracking number has been removed, from there system.<br> <br> I have been given the run around from GROUPON not getting any feedback as to where my parcel is and what is happening to it. I am ever sorry I used GROUON and would never do it again.<br>
