The worst customer service ever

I purchased a 7\ ProlineTab for my daughter for her birthday. The tab worked for 3 months and then ceased to work. We got in touch with Groupon to arrange to send the Tab back. This was about a month ago and still no-one has been sent to collect the faulty Tab. I personally will not buy from Groupon again and I think people should know that their sales and delivery time is great but should the product default, it will never be collected and your money will just be taken. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!"
