The spa that rips unsuspecting people off (Double)

I bought a groupon deal for a 60 minute Swedish massage at Double Infinity Beauty in Alberton and i paid. I Sent an email to book for the treatment on 1 August- had NO response. Then followed up with a phone call (this was 23 July 2015) and spoke to a Rebecca who told me they cannot accommodate me on 1 August. Then we opted for 31 August at 12pm. Upon this booking, Rebecca asked me for the voucher # so she can redeem the voucher for me. Without hesitation, i gave her the voucher number thinking this was so i do not have to print the voucher on the day of my booking. On 27 July, Marlene (the supposed owner of the spa) confirmed this booking via email.On the day of the massage,i got there an hour before the scheduled time. I waited then a lady came and said to me they are short staffed and there is someone they are busy with currently and her boss, Marlene, asked her to come and tell me to come back another time. I REFUSED as i had booked in advance & drove there! I asked for my money back. but was told that i was Groupons client so i must contact them for the money. To date i have not received my money. CAN I HAVE MY MONEY PLEASE!!!!
