Thank you Tasneem

I had a complaint last week about Groupon's service and called their contact centre and was assisted by Tasneem I was extremely upset when she advised me that they are out of stock and it keep ON happening to me after I have ordered and paid via groupon the I call and just gets refunded. Tasneem then called me back within a hour or so and advised that she arranged the pot set for me that I ordered and will be delivered within this week and it did. Than you Tasneem keep up with the good service.
