I called in to groupon for a refund on unused and expired groupons and was so happy with the friendly service i received and the friendly manner i was helped in was totally not the typical feeling given like your *****ing what you have paid for. It was a real treat to not have to give reasons and to be helped in a way that made me feel like i was speaking to a new friend. Thank you Jehaan for your attitude over the phone you must be a really nice person :)
