Terrible service from Groupon and Soundmatch

<p>I bought a groupon that they advertised for soundmatch for re-gassing your aircon of your car. I phoned the Thursday the Athlone branch to hear if we could come with the groupon for re-gassing as soon as it's printed as I know some groupons you have to arrange appointments. The guy over the phone said yes I could so I asked what time they closed on Friday and what time they opened on Saturday as I had to still purchase the groupon, he said they opened at 8 on saturday and it's first come first serve. we had something on the Friday morning so we went through to Bellville just before 12 to arrive too late as they were closing as they are muslim owned and muslim stores close from 12 to 2 for prayers on Fridays. So we went through to athlone as I wanted to go see another place in athlone but we had to wait till 14:30 for soundmatch to open and my husband went in and came back out to say they said that they were going to put a machine on the car that will 1st detect leaks & if a leak is detected then the groupon will be redeemed (to me this is *****) so my husband went in again & the guy came out to the car & had a nerve to tell me twice that I should have phoned & I must read the terms & conditions blah blah, he was so damn rude because when I checked him & said twice to him I did phone first & this new thing wasn't mentioned & that there states no such thing on terms & conditions, he rukked himself up, put the groupon page in the car & walked away! We went back to Maitland to have our aircon tested for leaks as we live near Milnerton & no leaks. I contacted groupon about the terrible service since then. My husband went again the saturday morning back to athlone although I thought he went to bellville as I told him to go there instead than deal with rude people. He came there they put the machine on car to test for leaks & told him there's a leak & they redeemed the groupon immediately (to me this seems to be the catch that groupon is aware of since the guy that phoned me isn't really listening to us). My husband said he went back to Maitland as he wanted our money back as we paid to test it & they gave the all clear. The guy there tested it again & it gave a no leak result again. So husband went back to Soundmatch who again tested & then came with no leaks. I corresponded with I think Andre who called me on Tuesday after 11/12 who we explained everything to who said he would phone back that same day after 4 but NEVER, he calls today after 3 days telling me he can't take sides & where is our proof that my husband rode up & down & had it tested at Maitland! And had the damn nerve to ask was I with my husband when he went again to soundmatch!! What a damn nerve to question a person like a ****!! So this is how groupon treats customers!!! I am definitely going to approach the consumer protector about his!!! As groupon is actually siding now with soundmatch because groupon is obviously getting a cut out of the business!! If I knew we would waste petrol like this & be treated like this by soundmatch & be made ***** by groupon consultants then I would NEVER have bought this groupon!!!</p>
