Terrible service at Skydive reustenburg

<p>We had booked a tandem skydive at skydive rustenburg. We travelled a long distance and even incurred hotel accommodation costs to partake in this activity. On the day of the activity, we were informed when we got to airfield that the plane had broken down and there was nothing they could do. The attitude and response from the supplier was very bitter and rude, and they showed no remourse for the inconvenienced caused by them. We were told its out of their hands and there was nothing they could do, we must just book an alternative date. Meaning we going to have to incurr further travel and accommodation costs for this activity again. Very disappointed with the level of profesionalism shown by the supplier.</p>
