Terrible service

Carl Geldenhuys redeemed my Groupon voucher without me being there, he confirms booking without the consent of the buyer and he ignores emails and says he hasn't received anything. This is with regards to the boat cruise voucher I bought. I booked 2 days ago and he only rep**** yesterday confirming the incorrect time slot and when I rep**** back that I can't make the time he ignores my mail and redeems my voucher.
