Terrible Service

I placed an order on groupon on 23/07/2015 and the companies policy is 14 working days for delivery. I contacted the call centre because I haven't received my item and after 20 mins waiting for an operator I was advised that the there was a delay in receiving the product. I waited for almost a week and still no indication of my item being delivered. At this point I would just settle for a refund, I then called the call centre for a while and waited another 15 minutes for an operator. This time I was advised that I would receive my item on the 28/08/2015. I did not receive my item on the specified date and therefore sent an email to get a refund but I have no response as yet. I have always been a supporter of groupon but when it comes to customer service I am very disappointed.
