Terrible service

Groupon has been an interest of mine for many years when I finally purchased I under paid by R4,00 no one bothered to inform me when I requested a refund I was told 7 working day which I thought was fair enough however 3weeks later I am still waiting for my refund I will take this up with the consumer ombudsman if I have to this is ***** that they haven't refunded and scrolling through I see I am not the only one that is still waiting for a refund
