Terrible service

I purchased a tablet for my daughter 3months ago.After many emails to them, since I couldnt get through to their landline, I finally recieved the item a month and a half later.The day I recieved this tablet I charged it but realised t was charging, tried switching it on, nothing happened.Clearly I had been sent an item that wasnt working.I sent more emails for them to come fetch this useless thing.Even today im still waiting for their courier company's to come fetch this tablet. Im not holding my breath though, their service is terrible
