TERIBLE SERVICE ATTITUDE

Good day, I purchased a gazebo on the 29th Dec, I then purchased another one on the 31st because this one was better. I called in on the same day to cancel the first one. the lady told me it was cancelled and I got email confirmation as well. then on the 5th of Jan, the one that I cancelled got delivered. obviously furious, I called them and I spoke to Carl Joshua, he told me he didn't know what happened and that he would rectify this. on the 6th Jan, the gazebo that I actually wanted got delivered. so now I am sitting with 2 of which I need one. I sent numerous emails and complaints and no-one has gotten back to me. the one lady I spoke to emailed and said my refund would be granted but nothing. so this Carl guy knows my situation but yet today I receive an email from him telling me your order was delivered successfully??? really is he suffering from amnesia???<br> <br> I do not know what to do now
