STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER

I have placed an order on the 20 NOVEMBER 2015 for a watch , i have made numerous phone calls to the call center together with countless email follow ups . But THREE weeks later am still waiting for my order .THIS IS TOTALLY PATHETIC AND UNCALLED
