STILL waiting for refund!!

I ordered a Groupon towards the end of November 2015. The deal didn't go through since there was a glitch in the system. The next morning I saw the deal had gone off twice. I requested a refund for both orders, however after numerous emails I have still not gotten ANY reply whatsoever. It's totally ridiculous, since they say they refund takes 3 - 5 days :-(
