STILL WAITING FOR GOODS

Placed an order online for a product 1st Oct. Received an email 18 Oct to say the product was dispatched. STILL NOTHING RECEIVED. The email provided a Courier Company & Tracking number - however the Courier is unable to trace any parcel based on that reference. I emailed groupon customer services on the 23rd Oct - still no reply to my email. I called their customer support line today - held on for over 20mins (got cut off twice) and was told they will look into the query and get back to me within 72hrs... ***. <br> SHOCKING SERVICE!
