still waiting for full body pillow

I ordered and paid for the full body visco pedic pillow as advertised by groupon. They send me a mail to tell me my item ks out for delivery. 4 days later I get a call from a lady in Makopane to tell me my pillow had arrived at her house and I am in gauteng. I then notified Groupon. They got the supplier on contact with me. It has been 2 weeks still no delivery. Ridiculous! !!!
