Still waiting for a christmas gift

On the 22nd of December 2013 i purchased a kids kitchen workbench for R299.00 , and the advirti*****t was saying same day delivery. I atleast expected the order to be delivered the latest the 31st of December. Its been a more than a month now and am still waiting for the order to be delivered . I am tired of waiting can i get my money back please.
