Still Waiting

I bought an HD Sports Action Camera, on the 23 December.It stated same day delivery as i read the T&C i saw it can take up to 7-14 days.I excepted that it is over the Christmas period but i still haven't received it. I have even made it easier to post it to a Pretoria address so that someone can send it overnight to me when received.Because the product came from Johannesburg <br> <br> I have phoned Groupon twice asking where my gift is First time they said that the can see activities on the tracking number on the 5th of January on the 21 January i phone them again Bronwyn Pedro answered and said that he will email the company and CC my in because my tracking number does not track. He did do that but no follow up was given. I have email them again on 24 Jan and the 26 Jan again requesting an reply but non so far. Its been over an month already. I don't want my money back i want this product as it was suppose to be an Christmas present promised to someone.<br> <br> Regards <br> Landre
