Still this issue has not been corrected, HELP ME!!

I did write a report and they said im going to be refunded. It still hasnt happend and im furious because i feel that they STOLE MY MONEY!!! PLEASE IF ANYONE CARES HELP ME, IM POOR AND NEED THAT COURSE I BOUGHT TO SURVIVE IN LIFE OTHERWISE I MIGHT ASWELL KILL MYSELF.
