Still no response

I have a serious issue with one of the service provider that groupon had on their website. I have communicated with the during my dispute with this Shamwari day spa that I am not satisfied with the service I was given. during my treatment it was okay and yes i communicated that it was good but when I left I got a pain in my neck from the massage, i found mask product on my face still from the facial and my toe were not painted correctly and found excess gelish on my cuticles. they refuse to hear me out and say that they are experts (they are basically calling me a ****. I sent a picture of my feet to them and they said I must come to have it corrected. I will not be driving out to randburg again and wasting my petrol in order to get it fixed. they are a disgusting institution and I am shocked that groupon have put them down as a service provider. i want my refund. I also can understand why groupon have still not contact me.
