<p>I must say that I am extremely disappointed.</p> <p>I did not expect to pay R10.00 more for a Nu Metro movie ticket. I ended up buying 10 x movie tickets = R500.00 in March; whereas at the Nu Metro Cinema in Canal Walk it was R40.00 per ticket. I ended up paying for the same tickets R100.00 more than what I would have paid if I purchased the tickets directly from Nu Metro. </p> <p>i first used the voucher on 27 April and contacted Groupon on the 28th April also sending Groupon an email with proof of purchase of 4 tickets @ R40 each (I spoke to Attie and advised him that i will only be available on my cell and will not have access to my emails. I ended up having to send another email on the 7 May and also phoned in on the 10 May (I spoke to Tanya who was certainly not wanting to have to deal with my problem - please listen to recording on 7/05/2016 @ 12:05) I find this purchasing of vouchers totally *********. After years of purchasing via Groupon I must say that this has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Trust me when I say that I have warned all my colleagues, friends and family about purchasing with Groupon.</p> <p>I have printed your email and showed it to all and advised them to rather shop around and find out prices first before purchasing from Groupo</p>
