Shocking experience

I bought a voucher and could not reach the supplier. On trying to cancel the voucher with Groupon, they refused to refund me and threw the CPA at me. The phone call lasted a total of 22 minutes 47 seconds, most of which was holding on waiting to speak to someone or waiting for feedback. Buying stuff via them is just not worth the discount, their attitude and service sucks. For R149 bucks they chose to rather lose a customer.
