Shocking!!!!!

Ordered 3 x items on Groupon's website on the 27th November and payment for all 3 products was made on the same day. 2 of the 3 items were delivered. I have been following up, sent several emails and get absolutely no response. I called the call centre this morning, after holding on the phone for over 45 minutes someone eventually answered to find out that the 3rd oder never went through on their side... WHAT??? This was supposed to be a christmas present for my daughter... now they will refund me and that takes up to 5 - 7 working days??? This is rediculous!!! I will NEVER use Groupon AGAIN
