Shamwari Day Spa False Advertising
I bought a Groupon Voucher for Shamwari Day Spa for a 180 minute spa package. We booked about a month ago and confirmed again the day before.

On arrival at the Spa we were informed that what we were told we were getting was not in fact what was on offer.

We specifically paid for the180 minute treatment in order to get the foot massage, but were told that to get the foot massage we now needed to pay an additional R100 each. This was not stated anywhere on the voucher or in the advertising. If it had been, I would have just booked the 150 minute treatment, as that is what we received in the end. So I paid an extra R200 for nothing!!

Then, in the advertising and on the voucher it said that we would get mani's and pedi's with Gelish nail polish. In fact, there was no nail polish included in the treatment at all and again we had to pay an additional R120 each for this.

Also on the voucher it stated that the Swedish full body massage would include a reflexology treatment, which it did not.

This is false advertising.
