Service Not rendered

<p>I bought a groupon voucher for a photoshoot with "Forever Young Photography"..... Went for the photoshoot on 21 February 2016. As a start the photoshoot was supposed to be an hour but Rudy just spent 20 minutes with us, this including outfit change. He had double booked us on the day but I let it slide because he said the wife was sick hence she couldn't do other couples. Rudy had promised us that we could get our images in 2-3 weeks time. After 2 full months I followed up and he just said next week. To this day I have not recieved my images nor heard anything from Rudy :-(</p>
