Sent wrong order

I placed an order of Phillips 1x AA and 1x AAA batteries on the 7th of December 2015, i received my order on the 12th of December 2015 only to find out that they sent both AAA instead of a pack of AA & AAA batteries. I tried phoning them for report this matter but their customer service line is not working so i decided to sent an email which they auto rep**** to it telling me that 1 of their agents will call. i waited waited and waited. Then i decided to send another email this email, i received a response from an auto reply email telling the same story of an agent who will get back to me regarding my query. What i want is from them is to send their courier with the right order (48 Phillips AA batteries) or refund me.
