Send me damaged good waiting forever for refund

reference number ***6 waybill number *** , ticket ***8 I bought a sleeper couch on the 20th October from Groupon and received the goods after a long wait and it came all damaged the next day informed groupon and fill in the form and courierit really played with my time and groupon doesn't reply to any of my emails and when you cal you have to wait for more than 15 mins to speak to unqualified consultant . I have been waiting for my refund since. the supplier send me damaged goods, the courier company is also *********** than groupon doesn't take any responsibility . I just want my money pls,, its been a month I have paid groupon ,..
