SELLING CCTV WITH NO HARD DRIVE IN DVR

I purchased a groupon deal of 4 cctv and dvr with 3G viewing at R1699,when the product was deliverd i started setting up only to find out there is no HARD DRIVE in the DVR to record so you must buy a HD and install it yourself and HD are like R800 but the advert says record etc,then the other issue is they call it DIY well its not the process of setting this up takes ages to get a ESSENET ID so my opion this is a box of fken **** for R1699....for the 524 people who bought it should come forward and tell groupon you suck coz this was a ******* and i am now stuck with this ****,there is no help even on the net to go through the steps....groupon you suck really and magic in a box even are *******.
