********** and poor delivery

I bought a Groupon for a haircut at The Beauty Lounge in Bedfordview for R99. I was pretty excited to get a new look. When I arrived for the appointment everything was going well. I have extra thick hair that is longer than my bra strap so I asked what they charge extra for this. I was told that they were using the Groupon as an introductory thing and that they usually charge R90 for a hair cut and extra for length and thickness. I was quite annoyed that, albeit R9 more for a Groupon, I was still **********. I paid R150 extra.<br> <br> To add to this, I specified that I would have liked a hair cut that looks good when I use a straightening iron. So much for that. My hair cut took all of 15-20 minutes to complete. 10 minutes of which was spent chastising me for bleaching my hair. I was not there for a colour. I was there for a hair cut and blow dry. Obviously it looked great when it was blow dried but when it came time to wash and straighten it it looked disgusting. I am now walking around with big chunks of layered hair here and there.<br> <br> This is now going to take a hell of a lot of work and money to correct. Money which I do not have. Not great for the morale.<br> <br>
