Ridiculous service

I ordered on Saturday and because it was stated that if it is to be delivered to an area around joburg or Pretoria it would take 24 - 48 hours. That should be taken off their website as it is not true, we still haven't received our order and specifically informed them via email that it had to be at the stated address by yesterday as I was leaving first thing in the morning. Courier company states that order will not go out today or early tomorrow. Please note I will not be doing business on that site ever again as it shows incompetence. No contact was made with me and their call center is not functional at all. I need my package no later than Friday or they must cancel my order immediately and provide my refund. This is ridiculous, utter nonsense
