Returning goods

<br> Good day<br> <br> I am deeply disappointed with groupon as I bought a Morphy richards iron and I was not satisfied with the product.<br> I have called groupon since the 10th Sept 2015 in order to have someone to pick up the product with no success.<br> I sent an online return form on the 10th and later call groupon 3 times and spoke to different consultants yet to date I still have the product in my office.<br> I want my funds to be returned to my account and now that can't happen because I have not received assistance<br>
