Returned Item, didn't get my money back!

On the 16th of November, Courier It, a company whose service is rendered by Groupon, cam to collect an item I had bought on their website. I have not received my money back from Groupon.<br> <br> Upon calling the company, they told me that I had to follow up with Courier It to find out what happened with the package as they had not received it. It is not my job to do this. I did not hire this company, Groupon did. I want my money back! Do not acquire the services of ************* companies and make it our job to run after them.
