REPAYMENT

purchased in 18 august 15, no delivery made, I called and was told either my ref was wrong or I overpaid. I paid R349.00 and R279.00 for two items, with the following ref number- GRPZARSBITNQ AND GRPZARN1G1s. since august was told to send my proof of payment and bank details I did that countless times, till date nothing happened. send it to [Email Removed] its now NOVEMBER AM STILL WAITING FOR MY R628.00
