Refusal to refund

Bought a deal on Groupon . Upon arrival to redeem coupon the supplier concerned sated that they had made a mistake and I must request a refund from Groupon . Unfortunately Groupon refuses to refund me they rather give me the run around .I have sent various emails with regard to this but u am having no joy .terrible customer service
