REFUNDS

Good morning,<br> <br> I made several payments on GROUPON and from my side, I used the wrong code. Did follow it up and now I struggle to get the money out of them. <br> I send through proof of payments and my bank statement but they want it in PDF format and ABSA's system doesn't allow you to make proof of payment in a PDF format.
