Refund...supposedly 3 working days, now almost 14

So I saw this deal on Groupon from Aerial Deals for a balloon trip plus the usual extras. Initial picture was of a Hot Air Balloon, so obviously thought wow what a bargain. Just to find out once purchased it was only for the Hyundai Balloon at Mushroom Park. So I sent through a request for cancellation, because in my book that is false advertising, after which they quickly changed the picture on the ad. I requested my cancellation probably within the same hour of the purchase, so they could have just cancelled the request, but no they rather went ahead and still debited by Credit card. I have logged numerous queries since the 5th of October for my refund, always getting the same response Yes it was processed on the 12th. But no one will try and escalate and resolve. Funny enough to date, no money refunded to my account. Now that I phoned their centre yet again, I must provide my bank statement for something that is an issue on their side. Easy to take your money, what a mission to try and get it back. Ridiculous. Not the first time I have been disappointed by them...
