Refund request being ignored

Boitumelo Matala, my colleague ordered a Mini Braai Stand on my behalf using her account with Groupon on the 18 September 2015 as I have my reservation with online purchase. Payment was done immediately and the delivery never happened. Upon Boitumelo enquiry, she was told that the transaction was never successful and a refund will be requested. And, that was on the 22 October 2015, can you imagine? And, again email was received from customer service on the 25 October 2015 and we were promised that they are still working on the request and someone senior will contact us, till today no feedbank was received from our end. I sent through an enquiry and this no response was emailed to us. I need someone to help to get my hard earned money. Its almost 2 months since the order was placed.
