Refund on cancelled booking

My name is Kuselo. I cancelled my Groupon Voucher for a weekend getaway in Port Alfred on the 24th of December last year due to unforeseen circumstances. I was told my refund was going to be processed in 5-7 working days but I have not received my money even now. I tried to call and email Groupon but I haven't been assisted with the matter. I feel like I have exhausted all my options in getting my refund back.
