Refund not received after 3 weeks of requesting it

<br> I bought 2 vouchers of the same thing on the 29th of September and I logged refund for the one on the same day. Its almost 3 weeks later and I have not received the refund. I have made calls, sent e-mail and still no money received. The worst thin is that I always have to call, no one bothers to call me back and update me!
