Refund for booking

I booked a car service with Groupon, I made the payment, of 900 and the service cost 899. I was surprised when I received no feedback from them. I sent a email and Jehaan rep**** telling me my payment was not processed because of the R1 was more. They asked me to send the proof of payment together with my banking details and said my refund will be processed in 48 hours. It's been 3 days I haven't heard a word from Groupon nor Jehaan, I've sent numerous emails but still no luck, I need my refund.
