Refund for a product not received

I bought a 5 in 1 steam cleaner online and waited for over 1month it was not delivered. After calling the call centre was advised by Lushane that the order was cancelled for not REASON!<br> <br> Have been e-mailing Lushane regarding my refund for a 5 in 1 steam clear since September 2015...l even sent my bank statement for proof of not receiving the refund . Lushane did credit my ground account but l advised him l needed the funds to be transferred to my bank account. Nothing has been done since then (September 21).....<br> <br> Out of the no ways Shameez e-mails to say l received the refund.<br> <br> <br> I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!
